Bonneville Collection Agency is trying to collect a debts from - on - court fines that were paid in -. Unfortunately I threw out all records of payment about 2-3 years ago. Since no one had made any attempt to contact me in 10 years, I was certain the matters were closed. The amounts of the fines originally were between $ - $500.00 and now with 12 years of interest accrued are around $1500.00. On speaking with the representative originally she acknowledged that at least - of the files was so poorly documented that she could n't understand what was owed. She also told me that it actually appeared to her that I should not owe anything to her and she would have someone else look at it. I was just contacted again and told that I needed to pay the full amount, but I refused.
