My 2015 vehicle was totaled when I was on vacation to visit my brother in Colorado in -/-/-. My best friend came along with me and was the driver of my vehicle. The complicated insurance process took quite a while as it was my friend driving my car, so expectedly, its was complicated. I was forced to move out of my home in the - because I no longer had a car and I work in - and the commute was impossible without a vehicle. So I had to completely change my life as a - year old kid and get an apartment so I could maintain my job. Well, having that responsibility made it impossible for me to make the remaining car payments during the insurance process. Making car payments continuously on a car that was a total loss just was n't practical after having to change my whole way of living. My credit score has dropped dramatically after I have worked so hard to build it up at such a young age. It 's very disheartening to experience this because I am so young and my credit is vital at this point in my life. I hope that there is something that can be worked out.
