Mortgage service Loan Depot '' has not applied timely partial payments we have made to them under the terms of the loan contract or follow FTC rules concerning how payments are applied. This scam is to delay the payment application to well past the late due date and then charge a $81.00 late fee, which is detailed in the Loan Statement '' under Transaction Activity '' and the activity is outlined in item - on the back of the Loan Statement '' in section Payment Information ''.
