On -/-/2015 I went to use my debit card and it was shut off. I contacted Chase and they told me it was shut off because I was sent a new card in - of this year. I had never received this card, so they said they would send me another card and I should receive it within 5 days. I was told that my old debit card would not be turned back on ; translation - I can not access my money until the card comes. I was able to get the old card turned back on for a few moments in order to empty my account so that I can have access to my money.
