Wells Fargo Dealer Services let me know I was almost 2 months behind in payments.I had discovered that I had missed a payment in -, when I was in - -, tending to my terminally ill father in law, who passed away in - of -. I was unaware of this until my car was repossessed. My husband immediately paid the $1500.00. which was due, withing a day, and the car was returned to us. After that, we continued to make our payments, until it was finally paid off in full in - of -. I do have the title in my possession. Recently I started to clean up my credit, in order to purchase a home. We recently found that this repossession was on my credit report, and also says $10000.00 is still owed, which it is not. My husband called Wells Fargo, to get this taken off my credit, but was told that we couldnt, because my husband filed a bankruptcy. Creditor refuses to update trade line to show paid in full.. My husbands name is - - , and I am - - .
