Chase Bank is engaging in fraud and negligence. They are refusing to open an investigation in a check fraud matter. After several months of complaints with them, they claim the check was cashed at - Bank and is now telling me to call all - Banks in search of who cashed my check. I contacted - Bank headquarters and they said, they will NOT give me any information concerning the check until Chase Bank opens a fraud investigation. Chase Bank refuses to open a fraud investigation because they know it will prove that the check was cashed by an unauthorized party. - Bank is willing to cooperate, but Chase Bank is unwilling to do the same. Chase Bank is angry with me for pulling the bulk of my money out of their bank. I did so because they are completely negligent. Chase Bank is engaging in retaliation and is breaching their fiduciary duty. Chase Bank habitually fails to protect clients, Even if I wanted to sue the party who cashed the check, I ca n't because without the investigation, I ca n't confirm who the party is. Chase should be forced by the banking industry to open an investigation. Chase is engaging and encouraging fraud, because they are aware that the person who cashed the check ca n't be verified. This is a banking industry issue because Chase Bank is engaging in numerous violations of banking laws. Chase has refused several times to respond to my complaints, and are probably NOT READING THE COMPLAINTS. This is not about a - dollar banking refusing to refund a couple of - dollars. This is about Chase Bank bullying their customers without repercussions. They should be sanctioned for failing to cooperate, and acting in concert with fraudulent activities. I want a full refund from Chase Bank because the culpability is on them for refusing to cooperate and open an investigation with - Bank ( or the correct bank ) who is also involved in this matter.
