LDF Holdings, LLC Payday loan department,
Charged fees or interest I didn't expect Colorado
I received a loan from Send Loan for $600.00 and was unfer the impression that I would only be paying back that amount plus some interest. I see now that they plan to debit my account every 2 weeks for $190.00 until - of 2016 which makes me paying back over $4000.00. There is no break down on the repayment schedule as to what is interest and what is the primary amount. Plus I can not get them to provide me with anything that would give me that information. I would have never taken out a loan that would require this type of repayment. Plus now I see that it is illegal to lend anything over $500.00 in the state of Colorado. Please let me know what steps I can take to resolve this problem. Thank You
