Transaction issue California

I received - - from Chase bank in - of -. These cancelled the debt 's I had owed them on - credit card accounts. They continue to report these accounts as late and with a balance, even though they were charged off in - and cancelled effective - -. I paid the taxes on the cancelled debt as income on my - tax returns. I have disputed this information multiple times with all three credit reporting agnecies and Chase always refuses to change the informaiton. I have attached the - - for your reference.
