Bank of America Consumer loan department,
Installment loan Managing the loan or lease North Carolina
I received 96 month fixed term loan from Bank of America. Made - payment -/-/-. Made last payment -/-/-. I have made - consecutive payments of amount due and have not missed - payment. I have paid more than amount due totaling $990.00 and overpaid by - payment ( $440.00 -. B of A says I still owe them $6500.00. How can I owe them, if I followed terms of loan? I wrote them back -/-/- and letter came back undeliverable. I was concerned then that my balance was not going down. I filed complaint with you and received response from B of A -/-/-. Letter said fixed term loan for 96 months. I do not owe them and I do n't want them to ruin my credit. If anything they owe me for overpayments I made. How can I get this corrected?
