PayPal Money Transfers Complaint

PayPal Money transfers department,

International money transfer Wrong amount charged or received Wrong amount charged or received Texas

I paid an invoice through PayPal in - and it did had a conversion rate of - for - usd. This exchange rate is much different from any other exchange rate. When I called to get an understanding about which entity they get their exchange rate info from I was given the run around. I was charged a total of $480.00 when it should 've been around $460.00.
