My name is - - and I 'm contacting you for third time, this time with updated information. Wells Fargo/ Dillards card services responded to my complaint. The sent me out a letter which will be attached in this filing. I disagree with them not reopening my account for non-payment when the just got a check from the credit protection for -. When initially before the account was closed they were challenging me saying that they did no offer credit protection on their cards but come to find out they did. The last physically payment I made from my personal funds on this account was in -, because I was informed from the credit protection who Wells Fargo/Dillard 's told me did not exist but in fact it did and they sent the payment just two months after a long battle and dispute with them as well. My account would have been paid on time if Wells Fargo/ Dillard 's would have did there job from when I first brought this issue of who should have been paying the account. They did n't know that my credit card was protect and that negligence on them as a financial business. Also I informed them in late - that there were fraudulent charges made on this account and that was the cause of the account being over the limit and again my complaints/ concerns went unattended and handle properly. I 'm now ready to pursue legal charges against them because this has affected my credit in a negative way. I honestly feel that because I had previous personal checking account that was closed by wells fargo that this is why they are refusing to reopen my account. They have a payment that brings the account to paid in full, and the over limit is because of fraudulent transaction that occurred on the account that I was n't able to dispute because of the status of the account.
