Communication tactics Frequent or repeated calls Colorado

I do not have an account with Wells Fargo. However when we moved into our new house 21 months ago, they started calling my new home phone number several times a week. They do not leave a message, and if I answer they hang up on me. I have tried to contact customer service regarding this, but get a message that they can not take my call because of high call volume.
