Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Texas

My checking account was charged multiple overdraft fees even though I never spent more than the available balance in my account. I never authorized Wells Fargo to overdraft my account. If the money was not available, my card should have been declined. Wells Fargo misrepresented the available balance in my account which caused me to spend money that should not have been there. They overstated my account balance which was a mistake or an intentional misrepresentation. When I attempted to spend the money that was showing up as available my card was never declined which leads me to believe that I was tricked into overdrafting my account so that the bank could collect overdraft fees. I have - and do n't track my spending very well. I do n't write checks anymore so that I wo n't bounce them. I set my card up so that it would be declined if I do n't have money. these - things keep me from overdrafting my account. I know that Wells Fargo is aware of my proclivity to overspend based on my credit history, and they took advantage of that. One Night my available balance was $20.00 and the next day I got an email that my account was charged an overdraft fee. I had n't spent any money since the last time I checked my account balance, so I knew it should have been $20.00 balance, but my balancev was negative $210.00. It 's got even worse after fees were added. When my direct deposit posted it brought my balance up to negative $61.00. I have $1.00 in cash right now. I have no idea how I will have food or transportation to work for the next week and a half.
