I bank with Chase bank and had a grandfathered Checking premier account which consist of no maintenance fee for the past 13 years. In - -, 2015 I was given misinformation by a bank representative which resulted in my account being converted to a new Checking premier plus account with monthly fees after I was ensured that nothing would change on my account but the name of the account. I have contacted the bank to fix this and I am constantly getting the run around. Please assist me in getting my old account back.
