Initially this was a payday loan gone bad. It was sent to debt collector who then sold it to the STP Management Group/T-. - - really has a way with her words and how she has made it up in her mind to get money by any means necessary. I have set up payment arrangements at the end of each month and have made those payments. She insists that because od the upcoming holidays, the end of the month DOES NOT WORK FOR HER!!! And that she will not accept late payments period. What??? Is this lady pocketing the money or what? Are they on some kind of commission for how many they harass and get money from? Is this money really going toward paying off the debt ( which I acknowledge )? Is this a legit debt collection agency? Calling my place of employment really crosses the line ... .I NEED YOUR HELP!!!
