Beginning in - of 2015 my services with - wireless was discontinued and a balance was due on the account for my mobile services only. My mobile number were ported over to - and through my contract with - they would pay the balance left on my - - account once I received a final itemized statement from - - which document that my services was disconnected. I contacted - over between the months of - to - seeking an itemized statement showing the exact balance due. Beginning in - - sent approximately - different statements with varying balances. When I requested a statement in - - sent me a packet with past bills that have been paid but failed to send m the itemized bills. Also between the months of - and - I spoke with - - about my bill and informed them that I would make small payments to keep my account from going delinquent or into collections until I received my final itemized statement. Instead of sending my statement - sent my account to collections in -. When I contacted the outside collections agency regarding my account they stated that - uses them as a third
report to the credit bureaus that - does. I contacted - and informed them that I never received my final statement so I can submit payment. They customer service representative referenced a large packet that was sent to me through US mail regarding all my statements with -. I informed her that I only receive a packet with old statements dating back to - 2015, I then made another request for a final itemized statement from - which included the cancellation fees for both the mobile numbers and the tablets. Several weeks have passed and I still have not received the final itemized statement. - - -, 2015 at - I received a notification that - - - a collections account to my credit report. I contacted - - who stated that they had no access to my account and the on - -, 2015 my account had been sold to Collecto Inc at -. The - - customer service representative then confirmed that the final statement was not attached to the last mailed statement and agreed to send me a final bill via US mail again. She stated that it would be sent to me within 10 to 15 business days. Before ending the phone call she stated that once I receive the bill to call - back. I then contacted the collection agency Collecto Inc. who reported to me that - - owns the account still and that they were the agency who reported the collections. Collecto Inc. reported that - mislead me regarding the status of my account and stated that they never bought the account that - still owns the account. They reported that - uses - different collection agencies to collect the balance and when one is not able to collect they continue to cycle the balance until - agency can collect on the balance. Collecto Inc. Then asked me to submit a dispute to them regarding my issues with - and not receiving my bill at Fax number -. They stated that they will submit this information to -. I then contacted the - - - department at - who then informed me that they no longer own the account, They stated that the account has been sold to Collecto Inc. on - -, 2015. They stated that a request to remove the collection notice from my credit reports must come from them.
