JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I have tried to send a response to Chases resolution for two weeks and your server will not accept the message. When I push send the circle goes around for 10 minutes saying sending and then quits and says to long, log outChase did not refund the $3500.00 I paid with a check from my - account that I found a record of. This is what they called RELIEF Transferred payment to Checking Account $ -Yes that was correct however in the fine print they charged a debit to my Chase Freedom Account for that same $3500.00 +said I would owe them interest from - - when I made the payment on my freedom acct.
I was cancelling. I had just heard that my best friend of over 30 years has - which put me under duress. 2. Both bank officers went through my checking account and said no checks had been written for $3500.00 so I could n't have paid that amount on my Freedom Card by accident. They said it must have been a bank error and so they did a -reversal and took my $3500.00 -out of my Chase Freedom and kept it. 3. I have my statement from - that on -/-/- bal xfr Chase Mastercard/Visa $3500.00 with a bal transfer fee of $100.00. -/-/2015 BAL -FR. CHASE - & - $ -Account DetailsCiti Simplicity ( R ) Card-- Current Balance : $ -Current Balance : $ -Total Credit Limit : $ -As Of -/-/2015 : $ -Minimum Payment Due
