I get down to my last payment on my car 60 month, I think at - interest rate, Last 2 months heartship repairs on the car effected my ability to pay, on time so I call offered to pay -, and the balance of - next week, I was told all or nothing,, I was totally surprised that realizing the Chase has made a nice piece of profit on the life of the loan, was not willing to work with me to resolve the issue but was, threaten a letter would go out to the credit bureau to report a bad debt and risk a repossession. The price tag if the car was around -. The total was paid -, with interest, why is - profit not enough to at least consider corporate to resolve the final payment.
