Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Problems when you are unable to pay Texas
Mid Atlantic Finance has intentionally reported false information regarding my VOULUNTARY repossession that occurred -/-/- to the credit reporting agencies. On -/-/- as if in retaliation to my previous complaint with your agency, they changed the reporting of this account from CHARGE OFF ( which is how it has been reporting from -/-/- to -/-/- ) to REPOSSESSION for -/-/-. This fraudulent updated reporting dropped my score - points. By Mid Atlantic 's own admission this vehicle was VOLUNTARILY repossessed -/-/-. Therefore, according to FCRA law, their deceptive reporting of a brand new repossession in -/-/-, is unlawful. And I am pleading with your agency to either demand the complete removal of this account from the credit reporting agencies or to demand that they change their updated status of REPOSSESSION for -/-/- back to the correct reporting of CHARGEOFF. Please find all documentation attached.
