Consumer loan problems when you are unable to pay July 2, 2015 - I had bought a 1998 - from a buy here pay here car lot.Paid over - years then had my account sold to Mid Atlantic Finance in - Florida.I tried trading this car in but was told this car was only worth -.I was having to pay -.So I gave the car up, as it was not worth it.This company got the car back, and then started reporting on my credit.This year since I disputed the debt they have changed the amount owed from $3000.00 to over $4500.00 they also changed the months on the term to 360 months for a car, not a house.This is crazy.This company is just trying to report false info... |
Mid-Atlantic Finance Co., Inc. Consumer loan problems when you are unable to pay May 31, 2015 - I have an auto loan through Mid-Atlantic Finance that is due every two weeks for payment. When I initially received documentation that this company had bought my loan from the dealer I originally got the car from, my payments were due every two weeks. I am paid on a set schedule and have explained to this company that very fact. I recently fell behind on my payments to due financial hardship and other factors such as change and pay as result of company outsourcing.
