- Insurance canceled my policy because Lexus Nexis Risk Solutions, - . -, - - Report reported to them that I was in a At fault accident and received a citation on -. I was not issued an citation for any accident period. My official - and - records do not even state this information. Lexis Nexus and or The - Report are not government agencies but some how have mustard up the authority to have ones insurance canceled do to false information. I contacted - who admits themselves that both my - and - record is clean and show no violations. However, since Lexis Nexus told them I have an at fault ticket they had to cancel my policy or double my rate. As of now I have no car insurance with no tickets or violations listed on my GOVERNMENTAL ISSUED DRIVER REPORT from the -. The governmental agency that is authorized by the government to handle all drivers records. How can a consumer reporting agency not authorized by any government have my insurance canceled and rate doubled and the information is incorrect. Lexis Nexus told me that they had authority over the - and - and there records are never wrong. I will be a seeking legal representation pending the results of this complaint.
