On -/-/15 I placed an order for swiss army knives from - The items were in stock. The company contacted me for payment by wire transfer. On -/-/15, I completed wire transfer of $210.00 EUR ( $250.00 USD ) from my -. The company then contacted me to say the order was cancelled and items were not available. When I go on to my account at their website, it says on -/-/15 money received and paid back. I have not received money & after numerous emails I still only get automated response saying they received my request & will get back to me. I also wrote - in - but I know they speak -.
