AES/PHEAA Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments Oregon

I took out a loan for my education in - 2007, it was a student loan with my aunt as a co-signer. My loan is currently past due and I am not working, I have repeatedly spoken to - as well as AES about my options with payments while I am unemployed however they keep telling me that the investor has no options. I asked them to send me the original loan documents that I signed with - when I requested the loan and realized that my loan is at a much higher interest rate than a classmate who is male and white, and had a credit score that was significantly lower than mine was at the time.
