Credit card Communication tactics Frequent or repeated calls North Carolina

I am getting repeated calls ( - a day ) from Citi Bank over a credit card debt I owe that I am unable to pay at the moment. I have told them to take me off of the calling list and do not call anymore, but they continue to do so.
