While reviewing my - credit report of -/-/-, and - of -/-/-, I noticed that CITIBANK NA employees had initiated an unauthorized and fraudulent inquiries into my credit report. I did not authorize and/or consent to anyone employee of CITIBANK at any time during this relevant period to view my credit report, absent which this is in clear violation of my Privacy Rights and FCRA Section - b ( c ).
