However, I respectfully dispute the validity of the debt.I request validation of this debt as required under Fair Debt Collection Act ( 15 USC 1692g ), and also, I am requesting that -., provide me with all verifiable evidence, including but not limited to signed documentation by me obligating me to this unpaid invoices. Furthermore, I request that the Agency provide me with the name and address of the original creditor if the creditor is not the one listed above. To this extent, upon belief and information, this account is as a direct result of ID THEFT, as such I am not liable to the debt. I never signed or consented in anyway to this debt.
