Dear Consumer Finance Protection Bureau : My father name - - - he is persistent -. His - digits social security is - his previous mailing address was - - - -, - , Oregon -. He has checking account at Chase Bank but now he is not able to manage his checking account. I am his daughter and want to be his representative manage his financial. I went to Chase branch at - - - -, -, Oregon - on - -, 2015 but the branch manager was not able to answer my question what documents I should provide to be my father representative or power of attorney but in this case my father can not able to sign any document because his -. I do not know why a chase branch manager does not have a basic knowledge to answer what documents should be provide if my father has checking account but his - is not able to manage his checking account at this time and I want to be help him manage his finacial and checking account. She did not know everything and did not help me at all. really bad service at this chase branch. - - - - - -, oregon -
