Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Arizona

I had a corporate - - card issued to me by my former employer - - -. I resigned from the company in - 2014. I turned in the card on my last day and did not have any access to it after that. A charge was made on the card in - 2014 that I did not make, and that I did not authorize. This has now gone to collections. I have tried to dispute it with - - but they refuse to assist since the debt has already gone to collections. This debt is not mine and the collections agency continues to harass me every day including calling my place of employment.
