I do not know Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Arizona

This is in regards to original case -, Bytheir own admission, the collection agency reported they were uanble to find an account linked to me ( document attached ) yet they have not removed this item from my credit report. They have not responded to the previosu case number.
