GreenSky Financial is trying to collect a debt that I never agreed to, and that I cancelled within three days, and is ruining my credit. A salesman from - - - came to my door to sell me solar panels. He told me a bunch of information that turned out to be false, including about whether the solar panels would save me money. The salesman told me the panels would power my house, but - - - told me later the panels were not sufficient to power my house. I never signed a loan agreement, but in - 2013 I received loan documents from Greensky Financial claiming I owed $17000.00. They sent a loan agreement without my signature, and I never signed any agreement.

GreenSky is now reporting on my credit report and it has ruined my credit. I have been denied for refinancing my house as a result of the GreenSky reporting. I have asked them multiple times to remove the reporting and waive the debt since I never signed any agreement and they have refused. I disputed with the credit reporting agencies but they claimed GreenSky verified the debt. I found help from a legal services attorney, and GreenSky will not provide him with any agreement that they claim I signed. They are completely non-responsive but are still ruining my credit. I did n't agree to borrow $17000.00 and I submitted a notice of cancellation as soon as I saw they were confused. Now my credit is ruined. The stress of this situation has caused my health to deteriorate. My - has - and my - has gotten worse. I always took pride in my credit and GreenSky has ruined it.
