JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I have a credit limit on my Chase Credit card of $7000.00. In the month from - to - 2015, there appeared on my credit card - internet transactions for purchasing dogs on-line. I never ordered, nor authorized the purchase, nor did I receive any dogs or puppies ever. Chase now claims that I owe over $12000.00 for these animals. The charges in question are as follows:1. - on -/-/15 for $5800.00. - - on -/-/15 for $2900.00. - -/-/15 for $2600.00. - on -/-/15 for $ -These fraudulent charges total over $12.00, - in - month. Again, my credit limit is $7000.00. Any reasonable person would see that these charges are crazy. I have had this credit card for about 10 years and have never purchased, nor would I purchase a dog over the internet. I have n't even come close to my credit limit in those 10 years. I wrote - letters to Chase for them to have a reasonable person look into these fraudulent charges but have had no luck. I even sent a complete package to - -, the - of JP Morgan Chase on - -, 2015 to his New York office but they did n't even look into the case. I received a " standard '' rejection letter from the fraud department dated - -. They have not sent me any proof that I ordered or authorized these purchases. No signature, no emails, no recorded message or any proof that I authorized or purchased these animals. I need your help. They are ruining my credit.
