Chase Loan # - - - - - -, - - CA -Authorization was faxed to Chase 3 times - - -, - - and - -. The representative we spoke to today said they ( Chase - still has not sent the authorization to be validated. They can not give a time frame as to when this will be completed. This loan was supposed to have been reconveyed and it seems Chase does n't feel they have any obligation to provide a paper trail as to where the loan is.
