- - continues to call when asked to cease all collection attempts to my work number and he has crossed the line, threatening legal action, imprisonment, wage garnishment, asset collection, and credit reporting against me. He has also after speaking with me today, at my work as I told him I could not talk he called back I had my boss in the office and it is an unidentified number I assumed for work, when I answered he began the threats above and when I asked the amount he could n't give me a set amount I told him I contacted the owner of debt who said they do not have further information regarding the debt and will not provide it any further. He again called again, then when I again asked him for the - time not to call my office or work, he called today, then when I told him I would rather it go to collections where I can deal with a claim in writing instead of giving them my money over the phone, he said so you are refusing to cooperate I said yes, he said we will contact our lawyers and it will cost you more, then he proceeded shortly after this to contact my mother at her place of employment, my father and my sister all ina matter of 1 hour with him stating he is a location service attempting to find me and collect a debt from me or they could settle it for me. this is crazy ... illegal and wrong to even continue this I can lose my job and how can he say I owe and contact family members who were never on my loan and give them false information that he is a location service? his contact number is - x - and it states they are an assets management service.
