MY DAUGHTER ( - - ) AND I RENTED AND APARTMENT, - - -. THE LEASE WAS FROM -/-/- UNTIL -/-/- WITH - OTHER YOUNG LADIES - STARTING COLLEGE AT - -/-/-. I CAN OBTAIN THE - REPORT IF NEEDED. AFTER REPORTING THE THREATS TO THE POLICE. - AND I REPORTED THE THREATS TO THE LEASING MANAGER - - ON -/-/-. IN TALKING TO THE MANAGEMENT AT THE VIEW, WE FOUND OUT - WAS MOVED TO THE APARTMENT DUE TO THREATS OF VIOLENCE IN HER PREVIOUS APARTMENT AT THE VIEW. - - ASSURED ME THAT HE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING - OUT OF THE APARTMENT D/T NON PAYMENT OF RENT AND THAT SHE, VIOLATED POLICY BY ALLOWED HER FRIEND TO LIVE IN THE APARTMENT WITH HER WITHOUT BEING ON THE LEASE. - WAS SO AFRAID TO BE ALONE IN THE APARTMENT WITH - AND HER FRIEND. AT THIS POINT THE POLICE HAD BEEN CALLED 3 TIMES BETWEEN -/-/- AND -/-/-. WE WENT BACK TO - -. HE BECAME AGITATED. HE STARTED BLAMING - FOR GETTING THE POLICE INVOLVED. HE STATED HE WAS STARTING TO GET COMPLAINTS ABOUT -. I MADE HIM AWARE - HAD BEEN STAYING AT HOME
AND - ). THE MEDIATION BECAME A ROAST FOR -. ALL OF THE ROOMMATES WERE ANGRY AT HER. - THREATENED TO ASSAULT - DURING THE MEDIATION. I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED - - AND ASK TO HAVE - 'S ROOM CHANGED FOR HER SAFETY. HE OFFERED TO INCREASE HER RENT FROM $ - $ -/MONTH OR MOVE HER TO A SHARED BEDROOM. WE DECLINED TO SHARE A BED ROOM OR INCREASE OUR RENT. I MADE NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE THE MATTER VIA THE LANDLORD. MY ATTEMPTS WERE UNSUCCESSFUL. MOREOVER, THE LANDLORD WAS UNINTERESTED IN - 'S SAFETY. I DECIDED TO SEEK LEGAL ADVICE. I MET WITH - - -/-/-. I TOLD HIM - WAS IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING OUT OF THE APARTMENT AND THAT ALL OF HER BELONGINGS WOULD BE REMOVED BY -/-/- AND I WOULD TURN IN THE KEYS -/-/-. HE SAID HE WOULD HELP US BY RE-LETTING HER SPACE IN THE APARTMENT. HE GAVE ME A RE-LETTING FORM AND TOLD ME TO PAY -/-/- RENT BECAUSE IT WOULD TAKE A FEW WEEKS TO FILL THE SPACE AND THAT THE VIEW HAD A WAITING LIST FOR APARTMENTS AND TURN IN THE SIGNED RE-LET FORM. I PAID -/-/- RENT. WHEN I TURNED THE KEYS ON -/-/- - - WAS NO LONGER BEING HELPFUL. HE BEGAN TO BE VEBALLY COMBATIVE. HE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO PUT THE APARTMENT ON - 'S LIST. I PUT THE APARTMENT ON THE LIST. I ALSO SENT A FORMAL LETTER TO THE VIEW REGARDING THE REASON - MOVED OUT. - RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM - - ( LEASING STAFF ) THAT SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO RELEASE ROOM - AND WAS NOW TRANSFERRING - TO ANOTHER APARTMENT ROOM -. WE DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHY MANAGEMENT WOULD TRANSFER ROOMS WHEN - MOVED OUT IN -/-/-. WE CONTINUED TO REALIZE THE MANAGEMENT WAS BEING LESS THAN HELPFUL IN A VERY DIFFICULT SITUATION. I WENT TO THE VIEW THAT SAME EVENING AND MADE A VIDEO RECORDING OF SOMEONE MOVING INTO ROOM - AND REALIZE THE MANAGEMENT HAD RE-LET THE ROOM THAT 'S WHY THEY TRANSFERRED ROOMS. I DID NOT HERE ANYTHING ELSE FROM MANAGEMENT AND I WAS SURPRISED TO FIND ISSUE HAD BEEN PLACED ON MY CREDIT REPORT. I HAVE ATTACHED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION WITH THIS DISPUTE. NOTE THERE ARE - POLICE REPORTS I HAVE - OF THEM IF YOU NEED THE - ONE I CAN SEND AWAY FOR IT.
