Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt resulted from identity theft Florida

In - of 2012 my identification mainly my social security card and Florida ID card was lost or stolen from my handbag and a sequence of accounts were open and checks cashed in my name. As soon as this was realized, I filed a police report ( see attached ). This account is unknown and was not opened by me.
