Hello Sir/Madam, I received a " Notice of collection placement '' from a collection agency by the name of EOS CCA sent on behalf of - - for the amount of $1000.00 on -/-/15. I found out from - - that somebody had stolen my identity at - - store to purchase - phones 2 years ago. I had to file a police report before sending my dispute to - - and - via email with all of the support documentations. Best Regards, -
