My complaint is Chase Amazon Visa did not address my issue in my first complaint to CFPB and Chase Amazon Visa is attempting to increase the charges to my account by adding additional interest and late fees to my account. ( See attached document. ) I have now given up hope for a charge-back because Chase Amazon Visa does not appear to care " - - '' - - - tried to swindle me out of $180000.00. On - -, 2015, Chase Amazon Visa wrote me that they had notified - credit bureau agencies ; -, - and - - that I disagreed with the resolution of the dispute. ( See attached document. ) As of - -, 2015, Chase Amazon Visa had not notified these - agencies that I disagreed with the resolution of the dispute.

Then Chase Amazon Visa will sell this new inflated amount to a collection agency. By doing this Chase Amazon Visa will only make this very bad situation much worse. Being the victim of the attempted swindle by " - - '' aka - - - to take $180000.00 from me has left me shaken and scared. I caught the scam before " - - '' - - - - could steal any money from me and alerted Chase Amazon Visa to the situation. Chase Amazon Visa has done nothing to stop what " - - '' - - - - is doing. On the contrary, Chase Amazon Visa is attempting to create an even worse situation by perpetuating this attempted fraud by " - - '' - - - -. I have accepted the fact that my excellent credit rating will be ruined by inadvertently becoming a victim to con artists. I realized what was going on in time and did not fall for the attempt by " - - '' aka - - - to bilk me out of $180000.00. However Chase Amazon Visa continues to be a part of this swindle being conducted by '' - - '' - - - - by not ending this terrible situation and doing what they said they would do and report me to the - credit agencies. Chase Amazon Visa continues to be a part of this attempted fraud by sending me statements asking for payment as if nothing ever happened.
