I have been dealing with Chase Bank about my mortgage since -/-/2014. I have asked for a copy of the qualifications for the cash for keys program, a copy of the qualifications for the relocation fund, a copy of the qualifications for a short sale, and a copy of the qualifications for a deed in lieu of foreclosure. Chase has repeatedly refused to help me with anything saying I do not meet the qualifications for any of these programs but they refuse to mail me a copy of the qualifications.
