seventh avenue at - - - - wi - first off this is not my debt and also it has been put on my credit report. I called the company and several laws were broken due to FDCPA, the rep did not verify who they were speaking with, disclosed a debt that did n't belong to me also there was no call discourse done which are clear violations of the law. this company has put this on my credit report in 2007 for a - debt. I have advised them it was not me and I am DEMANDING the trade line on my credit report is removed or I will be pursuing for laws that have been broken by there management staff and I would suspect it would cost a lot more than - when I hand over the recording. also I would suggest that the owner or COO or board of directors contact me due to the fact that over - and a law suit that would coast much more would probably not be acceptable, also I will be going to the news, social media about this situation. bottom line REMOVE THE TRADE LINE FROM MY CREDIT REPORT
