JPMorgan Chase Debt Collection Complaint

JPMorgan Chase Debt collection department,

Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened to sue on too old debt Michigan

debt is not on my credit report they are saying that I will be served or I missed the sheriff who came with the summons! or they sent me a letter ( which I never received - they give me my social security number and my current address - scary ) They told me they could only give me my pay off opts so I could settle the debt asap! They will not give me the court or anything else since I am being sued! The is the - time they have call in in the last year and gave me the same story. They are getting more risky they gave me a address this time but I looked it up and I still cant find information about them!
