I received a promo certificate in a mail from Chase Bank to open a checking account, set up direct deposit of minimum of $500.00 a month and my account will be credited $300.00 in 90 days. I went to the brach in -, CA ( - - -, -, CA - on -/-/15 and opened a checking account, deposited - - dollars to the account and set up partial direct deposit to test the services. It is - and I have not received a credit of $300.00 as of yet. I contacted the person that opened my account ( - - - - # - ) and asked him to look into this matter. He stringing me along for a week and now, keeps coming up with excuses such as I was a Chase previous customer before and promo for a new clients only ( why this was not disclosed by him originally ), or I need to bring minimum of $50000.00 dollars as an investment to the branch in order for his branch manager to make an exception with $300.00 credit, or did I give you a print out confirmation that you are eligible for the credit of $300.00 when I opened your account?. The person is disohest and not able to explain all terms upfront in full, he gets paid on services he generates with the knowledge that he is doing something wrong and let 's clients believe that things did n't work out or issues will go away on it 's own. This is a terrible customer service and intentional fraudulent conducts that has to be punished for the sake of Chase clients. Please look into this matter to prevent future fraud.
