Sheffield Financial is reporting incorrect dates on my credit report thereby extending the 7 year reporting period. On my - report ( enclosed as attachment ) they are reporting the date of delinquency as -/-/-. On my - report ( enclosed as attachment ) No Data '' for -, -, and -/-/- was reported. This account went 30 days past due in -/-/-. I made a few partial payments after - but the account continued to remain in arrears. In -/-/-, I consulted an attorney if reference to this account ( attachment enclosed ) at which time the account was more than six months delinquent. I request Sheffield Financial substantiate payments received during all periods they are reporting during -/-/-. If they are unable to do so, since the account became 30 days past due more than seven years ago, they need to delete any and all negative information reported to all credit agencies associated with this account.
