On -/-/2015 my mother was killed in an auto accident. and at that time we did not know of any debt on my mothers behalf. After the funeral I became Executor and began to check my mother 's mail and affairs. After calling all debtors companies and resolving those debts " Credit Bureau Systems Inc. attached a proof of claim to my mother 's estate in district court. they would not call me back after several attempts to contact them to resolve this matter of debt. My mother had no banking account, and live in a home that did not belong to her. I 've talked to the other family members and we can not pay the amount. please inform me on how to take care of this.
