i disputed charges on my credit card -. and over the last year chase took the money and gave it back - in my favor several times ) its unknown if they collected the money from the merchant, or just found in my favor and returned it, but i was sent a letter from chase stating the decision was " permanent '' and the decision was rendered " final '' meanwhile while chase was making that decision in my favor, i chose to take the merchant to small claims court to recover my personal losses + the money chase bank had recharged me ( since this was a period when the put the charges back on my card ) by the time i actually went to court chase had rendered the decision above & refunded the money, therefore the judge in my case would not order the merchant to repay me, since i was not out money since chase found in my favor, however i was awarded $2000.00 in consequential damages from my expenses involved in the case, the merchant was ordered to pay this to me, the merchant did pay me however they issued it in the form of


to provide them copies of the court documents, i did, and chase reviewed them and returned the money to me, as short time later chase took the money from me again and refused to return it., this money had nothing to do with chase bank other then the merchant pulling a fast one and returning it on my credit card from nearly a year old transaction to avoid a credit card fee he was charged on the original transaction, as of today chase bank has taken $2000.00 from me and added it to my balance and i am getting charged interest everyday, they will not discuss this matter when i call, even though they have found in my favor
