Chase credit card services dropped our SCRA in - 2015 conveniently while our military family was -. In -/-/- I realized that the APR % went from 6 % to over 20 %! I contacted the bank immediately. They informed me that the SCRA benefits expired and I would need to resubmit information. I did so on - -, 2015 and got a confirmation that they received it. Today on - -, 2015 I had to call again since the benefits wer not applied yet ( 3 month later ). The representative " - - '' told me she did n't see were I sent them and if I resent the paperwork today that they would expedite the request, and call me back to confirm it was received. I resent it via secure messaging on the site as we spoke and received the same " confirmation '' email, but no one ever called me. I have come to a desperate point and feel that they are taking advantage of our military family. I can attach screenshots of both SCRA information messages.
