Credit monitoring or identity protection receiving unwanted marketing/advertising
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit monitoring or identity protection Receiving unwanted marketing/advertising Georgia
The website : - used by the credit bureaus for marketing only allows for electronic opt-out for 5 years and a consumer must print out and mail in a form to permanently opt-out. This is ridiculous. A consumer should be able to permanently opt-out of marketing online, the same as you can for 5 years. Why do they even offer 5 years opt-out? It 's a scam by the credit bureaus to keep people from permanently opting out by making it more difficult and having to mail in a form. I do not have access to a printer at home and this is a hardship on plenty of other consumers, I am sure. Thank you, - -
