PayPal Credit card department,
I have found a - Hard Inquiry on both my - reports from - - 2015. After research I found the originator of these inquiries from PayPal in which I did not apply. - causing damage to my credit reports and score. With all the investigations and ongoing complaints regarding PayPal and it 's credit methods and problems I most certainly would not involve myself with PayPal credit. I am not sure if this was a mistake or fraudulent activity. But I have noticed other forums or internet sites stating around the same time or even earlier in - similar occurrences. They state the industry standard for even handling a dispute of this nature is 60 days in which I myself rarely have had to dispute any discrepancies but found most companies to handle or correct the situation promptly. Generally resolving issues within just weeks. I also feel this practice of PayPal with their odd processes and systems in which PayPal themselves have recently been held accountable for should have a better system in place to handle and correct the many situations or discrepancies many have been having with PayPal.
