Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Massachusetts

I called to adjust my auto payment so that it would pay more than the minimum amount due, but was told by the customer service representative that their system was unable to do this. My original monthly minimum payment it $87.00, but I have had auto pay setup to pay $150.00 for the past year, so the answer given by the customer service representative appears misleading.
