TD Bank Bank account or service department,

I have been trying to close my account and the bank wo n't let me because they said that my account has to be $0.00. I wanted them to either send me the money back ( in form of a check ), or send me a bill for whatever amount is due. Because the account is not closed, automatic debits keep hitting the account and continuing to charge me fees. My point is that it 's a bank. Either send me a check for the amount in the account, or bill me. But I want the account closed.
