I had made online purchases via my bank account. When -/-/2015 came I check my account to see what cleared and what did not, everything was shown as payed nothing was shown as pending and there was $1.00 left in the account. On -/-/2015 the account once again was looked at there was now $70.00 in the account with all the same transactions showing as paid its was there was another purchase made that left the account at $34.00 but on -/-/2015 still showing all as paid. Then on -/-/2015 my account had to $34.00 over draft fees and said a previous - purchase of $68.00 was not paid even though on -/-/- -/-/-,-/-/-,-/-/- and -/-/- it never said this was still pending it showed as paid I even counted the money up myself and it showed everything as paid. When I call chase on - - they tried to say the merchant never took the money out the account until the -/-/2015 but this was not reflected in my account that day or any day befor that. They refused to reverse and take responsibility for the failure to show items as pending. I as to speak with a supervisor or someone over the supervisor I was speaking to and told that some one would call in - hr. As of -/-/2015 no one had called and I called chase at - where the female representative did not give her name but sad chase does not have to inform me of transactions that are pending still refusing to correct there mistake
